Dell XPS 13 is one of the best computer in this year. Dell company really did a pretty job on this laptop. Its a very nice looking laptop and it comes in silver and Rose Gold color. The Dell XPS 13 is equipped with one of these processors Intel Core i7 Processors, Intel Core i5 Processors and Intel Core i3 Processors. The Intel Core i7 Processors has a smooth streaming and HD entertainment enable, Lightning fast start-up time and it is also equipped with Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0. Remember the higher the core number the higher the speed and more features such as power and battery life. In case you are wondering which processor to choose, let me make it easy for you. If you know what exactly you are going to use the laptop for like word processing, email and web browsing then I recommend that you choosse
Intel Core i3 Processors, but if you are going to use it for complex task like picture editing, video editing, Virtual Reality (VR) or anything higher than the everyday task then I recommend
Intel Core i7 Processors.
Memory This laptop comes with 4GB, 8GB at 1866MHz Dual Channel LPDDR3 SDRAM (On Board). Just like the processor the higher the size of the memory the higher the performance. This is what you need to know before you make up your mind on what memory to get. If you are using the laptop for an everyday task and don't want to spend much money, then I recommend you choose the lowest one. On the other hand, if you are using it for gaming, working with multimedia or any intense tasks then you need a higher memory and that will cost a little.
Dimensions and WeightIn case you are wondering about how much it weighs, it is only 1.2Kg (2.7lbs) non-touch display, and 1.29Kg (2.9lbs) with the touch display. It is very light to carry around. You can get this laptop with or without the touch display. The display is 13.3-inch UltraSharp Quad HD+ (3200x1800) InfinityEdge and 13.3-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) InfinityEdge display, anti-glare. You can get a wide viewing angle of the display up 170 degree which is very nice when you are operating it while standing. The dimension of this laptop gives it an awesome looking. It has a width of 11.98" a height of 0.33-0.6" and Depth of 7.88". For this laptop, the smaller it gets the better the performance.
Battery Life This is the most important thing to consider when getting a laptop. If you work long hours on the road or spend the majority of your working time outside then I recommend this laptop for you. The battery in this laptop has 60 watts-hours with 45W AC adapter. If you are using it for emails or word processing then it will last for 22 hours of continuous use on an FHD model. The battery lasts only 13 hours when streaming video content and browsing the with Microsoft Edge. Remember most of the battery life will be base on how you use your laptop.
